  • Diploma or above;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome;
  • Customer service experience in online shops/ IT industry preferred but not a must;
  • Main job duties include handling online inquiries through email or telephone, mainly overseas clients;
  • Provide after-sales service to customers;
  • Good customer service and problem solving skills;
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Positions.


  • Monthly salary: HK$11K-19K + discretionary bonus;
  • Working location: Mong Kok/ Kowloon Bay/ Kowloon;
  • 5-day work;
