Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of sales operation support to business partners in Asia Pacific
  • Order and forecast management
  • Shipment monitoring and delivery arrangement
  • Payment collection follow up
  • Defective claims follow up
  • Handle customers enquiries and follow up with internal departments
  • Reports compilation

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in customer service or order processing
  • Experience in handling Distributors and Joint-Venture Partners is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • 100% customer-oriented, very organized and detail-minded
  • Self-motivated, meet tight deadlines, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Positive/dynamic mind-set and strong can-do attitude
