Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities 職責

  • Deal with customers’ enquires and complaints
  • Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfactory level via different channels (Live chat, Email, Phone)
  • Provide proactive follow up and quality services
  • Work closely with internal parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
  • Support special of ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly

 Requirements 職位要求

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 2 years of working experience, preferably in contact centre / retail / customer service industry
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
  • A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Chinese word processing & MS Office is essential
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Shift duty is required (8 days off per month)
