The Job             

  • Handle face-to-face customers’ enquiries and requests related to commercial mobile products and services  in professional manner
  • Provide high level of personalized customer care and build long-term relationship with commercial customers
  • Promote and cross-sell commercial mobile products and services
  • Provide data backup and transfer service to customers with strong sense of data privacy
  • Monitor stock count process to ensure stock accuracy
  • Verify update of customer information  

The Person

  • Fresh graduate or school cert holder with 2 years sales and customer services experience in retail shop
  • Strong interest in mobile products and services
  • Knowledge of mobile products and services is an advantage
  • Experience in telecom/consumer electronic is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and customer-oriented
