- European MNC forwarder and logistics service provider
- HK office : regional headquarters of Asia Pacific region
- The company offers services for food and beverage products in the areas of consolidation, temperature recorder, insulation/thermal, blankets, insurance, warehousing, documentation, purchase order, management, overland transport, and sea and air freight.
- We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE (food & beverage logistics division) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Food & Beverage Logistics Division
- Provide professional customer service to customers of Food & Beverage Logistics
- 2 to 3 years or above shipping or logistics experience
- Experience or interest in customer service is a plus
- Able to deliver high quality customer service to customers
- Full set of shipping documentation experience or knowledge
- Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Team spirit
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical insurance
- Dental insurance
- OT paid $$
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service (food & beverage logistics)
