  • Handle incoming enquiries from VIP members via live chat, phone and email
  • Handle ticketing and reservation requests from VIP members
  • Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide top-tier customer services to members in order to satisfy their needs and retain loyalty
  • Follow up with feedback for service improvements

Profile

  • Previous working experience in customer service is a must
  • Experience from aviation industry is highly preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Willing to work on shift working hours
