Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailor-made service for international operators and customers;
  • Responsible for 24x7 days troubleshooting and upgrade requirements. Coordinate various departments and third party supplier for troubleshooting and provide fault reports;
  • Formulate solutions for network and data transmission and follow-up the implementation and optimization work on that;
  • To monitor and improve the quality of customer service;To explore and evaluate provision of new service by visiting and meeting and write service quality report;
  • Participate in the bidding for major projects ,formulate and optimize the SLA for customer;
  • Formulate and optimize the vendor’s SLA according to our company’s service strategy. 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 year experiences in telecom maintenance management work, International telecommunication service working experience will be given priority;
  • Proficient in related network technologies such as transmission, IP or exchange, with Cisco、Huawei or related professional certifications is a plus;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Strong coordination and organizing abilities; Excellent in awareness of customer service.
