Responsibilities:
Under instructions from the Supervisor to perform duties below:
1. Manage general HR procedures including hiring, training, staff enrollments and resignations
2. Manage payroll, employee benefits, insurance policies
3. Attendance, discipline managements, investigations on executions of company policies
4. Resolve concerns and issues from employees on HR and administrative matters
5. Facilities and stationary managements and purchasing
6. Maintain and manage the Office environment
7. Maintain and manage the company policies
8. Complete assignments from the supervisors
9. Advise customers with living information in Hong Kong
10. Maintain customer to enhance company's turnover
11. Assisting clients in processing various immigration services, including submitting documents, enquiry, handling identity cards, visa renewal

Requirement
-Diploma/degree holder or above
-Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage;
-Self-motivated, well-organized and excellent communication skills.
-Good problem solving and adaptability.
-Responsible with proactive working attitude.
-Excellent skills in MS Office.
-Customer and immigration services experience and overseas study background will be an advantage.
