  • We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
 
  • Report to Customer Service Director
  • Lead the customer service team in direction with company policy.
  • Propose, develop solution to resolve a wide range of customer requests and account issues.
  • Professionally interacts with customers, build strong relationships across various levels within the portfolio of accounts, develop and build strong relationships with Sales, Operations and other cross functional teams.
  • Conduct data analysis in order to check and control performance of whole Customer Service team, identify improvement areas for further action
  • Act as a change ambassador and educator to streamline organization back-office and customer related policies, procedures and practices to enhance customer experience, improve team members' job satisfaction, reduce expense and increase stakeholder value
  • Utilize project management skill, lead business process improvement and innovation projects and technology-based solution implementations.
  • Participate and contribute to the management level project that aims at functional enhancement of the division.
  • Degree holder preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics, or similar subjects
  • At least 10 years or above experience in logistics and customer support
  • At least 5 years in team management/ project management
  • Proficient at Excel
  • Experience in SAP system is highly prefer
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Japanese speaking is an advantage
  • 5 days work
  • 12 days annual leave
  • 13 months salary + attractive performance bonus
