Customer Service Manager (B2B Accounts, Mobile Operator)-

Our client, a major mobile service provider, is looking for a Customer Service Manager for their B2B account servicing team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an updated account service plan to provide quality customer service
  • Define service scope and standard with key accounts and deliver accordingly
  • Establish a good working relationship with the sales team, keep the sales team updated on key servicing issues
  • Coordinate internal parties to secure resources for customer service

 

Requirements

  • 3 years or above B2B customer service experience
  • Good communication skills both on phone and in person
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
