• University graduate
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in CS and Service-after-sales functions, preferably gained from luggage / bag industry with product knowledge
• Customer oriented, positive with “can-do” attitude
• Mature, detailed-mind with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

The job holder’s key responsibilities are to:
• Oversee the Service-after-sales functions in HK
• Responsible for the P&L on the Service-after-sales functions
• Plan, execute and monitor the operations of after sales team and service center by providing high quality customer and after sales services in order to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Handles service after sales related enquiries and complaints professionally
• Assist the technician for the repair techniques in the repair center
• Follow-up the stock of spare parts periodically
• Responsible for maintenance and report generation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Prepare reports & data analysis
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned
