YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • To handle inquiries from a premium dedicated group of members in a proactive, efficient and tactful manner via inbound, email, livechat
  • Handle incoming calls or email enquires from their VIP members
  • Handle Ticketing & Reservation requests from their VIP members
  • Handle complaints in a professional manner, if needed
  • Provide the best customer services to the members in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
  • Follow up with the members' feedbacks for service improvements

 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

 

  • Relevant working experience in customer service industry is a must
  • Previous experience in handling ticketing and reservation duties is highly preferable
  • Min. 1 year working experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, native Cantonese speaker
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Able to work in a young and dynamic working environmen
