Description

  • Handle incoming calls or email enquires from their members
  • Handle Reservation requests from the members
  • Handle complaints in a professional manner, if needed
  • Provide the best customer services to the members in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
  • Follow up with the members' feedbacks for service improvements

Profile

  • Relevant working experience in customer service industry is highly preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, native Cantonese speaker
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic working environment
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior role
