Description

  • Deliver excellent customer service to both corporate and general customers
  • Provide relocation service to customers
  • On-site visit to customer's office/ home
  • Issue invoice and quotation
  • Monitor the whole relocation status
  • Handle as hoc duties assigned by management team

Profile

  • Native Japanese/ JLPT N1 holder
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Hong Kong permanent residents/ depend VISA holders
  • High school graduate or above
  • No related experience would be also considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Passionate in customer service
