Customer Service Office, Luxury Coffee Brand (Mon - Fri work)

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound phone call about customers’ registration, order taking, coffee machine inquiry, requests and complaints etc.

- Responsible for web, mail and fax contacts about order processing and inquiry handling

- Engage in live chat and social media for responding to customer enquiries

- Build long-term relationship with customers

Requirements:

- Form 5

- 1 year call center experience with complaint handling experience

- Native in Cantonese, Good command of spoken English and Mandarin

- Fast pace, flexible, service oriented
