Customer Service Officer ($14000 up)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and be responsible for creating account and solve enquiries/complaints on the phone
  • Receive and handle the orders from customers by entering up-to-date information in the system
  • Introduce and promote coffee products through cross- and up-selling
  • Handle customers’ questions about the coffee machine and set the appropriate maintenance procedure
  • Update and follow up the customer details in the system

 

Requirement:

  • 1 –2 years of experience in customer relationship centers / customer service
  • Good command in Chinese and English (verbal & written), other language is a PLUS
  • Expertise in verbal communication with different customers
  • Excellent in customer service, understanding of customer’s needs and ability to capture customer’s interest
  • Strong interest in coffee products
  • Attention to detail, problem identification and solving
