• Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years experiences preferably in international freight forwarding with customer service background;
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills;
• Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to work independently as well as good team-player
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese with fair Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Able to work under pressure and overtime

Your tasks:
• Coordinate sea and air free-hand shipments between customers, overseas offices, sales & operations
• Maintain relationship with existing customers with high quality service standard
• Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure smooth shipment process
• Work closely and good channel with Sales team to generate business opportunity
• Joint visit to the customer with Sales team is required
• Handle customers complaint with ensure compliance and customer SOPs
