Customer Service Officer 

 

An opening exists for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Officer looking for an opportunity to join an award winning Wealth Management and Investment Bank team located in Central. If you are someone who thrives in a busy environment, with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the business, then this is the right opportunity for you.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first response for all incoming maintenance enquiries across multiple sites. This is a fabulous opportunity to become a part of the operational success of this world class facility, utilising your demonstrated experience in providing superior service delivery.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer services to all internal and  external clients.
  • Manage, monitor and prioritise all requests to ensure professional requirements are met
  • Be part of a central point of communication for any critical activities and orders
  • Handle clients complaints in a professional way
  • Provide administrative support and Ad hoc duties as per requested

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service / call center / helpdesk support 
  • Proven experience in delivering strong, client focused service delivery
  • Confident telephone speaking manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organise ensuring the timely completion of tasks
  • Ability to understand and follow operation guidelines and procedures
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in facilities management and/or operations coordination is desired
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Ability to work additional hours when required
  • Background check with no criminal history
