Customer Service Officer

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services to the client by receive telephone call and/or email / customer service log record procedures
  • Coordinates activities of FM & Technical team to work in daily operation – raise service request when received request from client (staff / student) such as: additional A/C service request, parking, room and venue booking, etc.
  • Coordinates and keep check the working (quality) performance with supporting to FM, Recreation and Technical team
  • Wear uniform, keep the courtesy in attitude during daily operation at all time
  • Support FM team for daily operation, administrative and financial work
  • Conduct regular meeting with FM team and client if necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / High Diploma Certificate or above in PM/FM/BA/Hotel/Event/ Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years related working experience in customer service from PM/FM industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent in Putonghua, Cantonese & English 
  • Proficiency in computer skills and good experience in implementation of various computerized systems including Facilities Management System, BMS, Security Control System, Access Control Systems, Carpark Access System and any other systems related to facilities management
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, vendor or client
  • Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer-oriented
  • Good telephone and counter service manner
