Responsibilities:

  • Handle clients' enquiries on account opening, trading platform and market information
  • Provide efficient and excellent securities trading services to customers
  • Perform account opening and document checking according to internal guidelines and ensure full compliance in of rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Perform any other job duties or projects as assigned by team supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Fresh graduate are also welcomed
  • 1-2 year's working experience in financial industry is a definite advantage
  • Possess strong customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Holder of SFC RA1 license
