Our Client well-established Mall in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Concierge Counters and handle enquiries
  • To build harmonious relationships with tenants and visitors
  • To provide high quality customer service to tenants and visitors
  • To carry out promotional activities in the mall
  • To assist in resolving complaints by tenants and visitors

Requirements:

  • Diploma in hospitality or business-related streams
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience (Preferably in hospitality, tourism or customer service)
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • 5-day work
