Customer Service Officer (5-day)

Job Description: 

  • To answer telephone enquiries and complaints from customers and members of the public;
  • To record or input into computer full particulars of customer contacts, enquiries and complaints;
  • To refer the received enquiries and complaints to the responsible sections or divisions;
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.



  • Form 5 or above
  • Experience in customer service or related sector preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin
  • 25 WPM in Chinese (倉頡or 速成) & 30 WPM in English
  • Willing to perform shift duty
