Job Duties:

  • Assist Supervisor on Customer Care Centre operations
  • Provide training to client on site/in-house and  handle incoming enquiry
  • Prepare training materials and reports

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in IT / Engineering subjects or equivalent
  • 2 years working experience (Customer Service field is preferable)
  • Fresh graduate in Customer Service / IT related disciplines will be also considered
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua (verbal and written)
