Description

  • Handle incoming calls enquires from business clients and partners
  • Provide after-sales service to clients and partners through calls and emails
  • Handle complaints in a professional manner
  • Follow up with the clients' feedbacks for service improvements
  • Satisfy customers' needs and retain their loyalty

Profile

  • Experience in working call centre environment is a MUST
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, native Cantonese speaker
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic working environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
