Job Description

  • Report to Customer Service Supervisor
  • Answer customers’ enquiries through inbound calls such as ticket booking & reservation
  • Handle and follow up feedback and complaints from customers
  • Promote and cross-sell company products/services
  • Maintain an accurate database of customer information
  • Work closely with other departments in order to complete service satisfactorily

Job Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant customer service experience
  • *Preferably in hospitality / aviation / call center environment
  • Knowledge in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to handle work pressure, demonstrate good ability to provide stable and accurate service
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
