Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ inquiries by phone/email and follow-ups maintenance service orders
  • Well-understanding the client’s need and respond promptly
  • Provide clerical and administrative duties to Professional Service Department
  • Responsible for the contract renew and maintain a long term relationship between the company and customers
  • Coordinate with internal parties and Clients to ensure a smooth implementation of services
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by manager


Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • At least 3 years customer service experience in engineering/telecommunication company
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Positive, mature, strong organizational and good problem-solving skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as CS Assistant
  • Immediately available
