Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer servicing at our service hotline and customer counter.
  • Handle incoming calls including appointment arrangement, resolving customer enquiries and complaints as well as customer ordering.
  • Maintain good customer relationship and introduce company products and services.
  • Professionally follow up customer request to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback for service improvement purpose.

Requirements:

  • F. 7 graduate or above
  • Min. 3 years relevant work experience
  • Customer-oriented personality and team player with good communication skill
  • Excellent telephone manner and / or passion to resolve customer problem
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • 5 day work (Roster from Mon-Sat, fixed working hour 9am-6pm)
  • 1 year contract of employment and a competitive salary to the right candidate, hired under our external payroll partner
