Duties:

•Assess customers’ needs and help customers solve their difficulties through phone and other channels

•Provide professional recommendations to customers and handle customers request or complaints according to the standard

•Help customers with technical support such as machine problems

•Handle orders from customer and update customers’ information in the system

Other Requirements:
• 1-year solid experience in Call Centre **preferably from retail, hospitality and hotel industry**
• Previous experience in verbal communication of customer
• Customer-oriented and coffee lover
• Energetic, proactive in servicing with good telephone manner
• Proficient in MS Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
