Job Duties:

  • Handle customers' inquiries, complaints and compensation professionally
  • Reflect customers' feedback to management and provide solutions for improving service quality
  • Work closely with other departments network/ insurance company to meet customer's request

 

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years' solid customer service experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in logistic industry will be an advanatge
  • Good spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner Good team player
  • Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
