Position Summary:

Maintain high standard level of the after-sales services to our customers by providing high quality information, understanding their needs, solve their complaints to reach their satisfaction as a part of the experience journey of Bose.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high quality information to customer with an understanding of customer’s requirements and objection handling.
  2. Professionally use SAP systems to record and follow up all inbound request.
  3. Create and maintain inbound and outbound calls customer profiles.
  4. Solve customer complaints with a professional & timely manner and follow up the result.
  5. Cooperate with other department to deal with related customer service issues.
  6. Back-end support for walk-in customers.

Requirements: 

  1. Diploma holder or above with 2 years or more solid experience in CS or Call Center field.
  2. Good spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  3. Pleasant character, strong communication, customer handling, problem solving skills
  4. Hand-on PC knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, Chinese word processing; with SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  5. Preferable with some basic knowledge in electronic.

 

Working Location: Midas Plaza, Diamond Hill

Working Days: 5.5 Days per week

This position is in 1 year contract basis, which is renewable subject to candidate’s performance and company business needs.
