Responsibilities:

 

  • To handle customer inquiries via live chats, Facebook, inbound calls and emails on behalf of a leading pan-Asian retailer.
  • Ensure customer queries and feedbacks are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
  • Shift duty is required

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 2 years experience in customer service/ contact centre, with eCommerce background is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putoghua
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and social media
  • Good typing skills (English and Chinese) - MUST be able to type at least 35 wpm both in Chinese and English
