Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiry calls from members and high-net worth clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide professional advices
  • Provide solutions and route calls to respective department
  • Identify business opportunities through phone calls by up-selling
  • Follow up and conduct reports
  • Support in administrative and clerical duties

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in any discipline
  • Customer-centric with effective communication skills
  • Possesses with a can-do attitude, eager to learn and develop
  • Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Experienced candidates will be considered in a senior position
