Job duties:

  • Handle customers and clients' inquiries and complaints through inbound call
  • Trace shipment status through system
  • Upsell value-added service to clients related to protective measures for shipments

 

Job requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above 
  • At least 1 - 3 year customer service experience (including part-time and internship)
  • Prior experience in logistic industry in logistic will be an advantage 
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong passion in customer service and logistic industry
  • Friendly, passionate and result-driven personality
