About our client:

Our client is a US listed global manufacturer and distributor. The company is a member of the Fortune 500 and is headquartered in the California. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Japanese speaking CS officer. 

Your Responsibility will include:

  • Handle order processing and system updates within the required time frame
  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone, fax and mail) in a timely manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide timely response to customer request 
  • Handle customer complaints and trouble-shooting according to Company procedures and services standard, able to suggest corrective actions to drive across departments for service improvement and improve customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding the latest development of the customers to maintain updated customer profile information. 
  • Provide selling support to respond to management needs
  • Ensure timely delivery of quotation, samples and proofs to customers
  • Prepare sales related reports
  • To assist, back up and provide support to other team members

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of solid experience in customer services / account management
  • Fluency in Japanese (Native Japanese preferred), English is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and experience with an ERP system

 

Education:

  • Degree Holder is preferred and JLPT level N1 is desirable
