We are currently looking for a Native English and German Speaker to conduct follow outbound calls, handling customer support desk (live chat) to our existing client, ensuring the high quality customer service. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To conduct follow up outbound calls to customers and ensure high quality customer service
  • Knowledge in handling the customer support desk
  • Experience in live chat will be preferred

 

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Fluent in English or any other European Languages will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5.5 days a week from 23:00 to 08:00 (US Shift)
  • Willing to work during the weekend with weekend allowances
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
