Job Responsibilities

  • Handle general phone calls and email inquiries timely and tactfully
  • Provide professional and excellent customer services to clients
  • Identify clients' needs and provide the information or solution as required
  • Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor
  • To feedback customers' comments to superior for service improvement
  • To make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction


Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service, Fresh graduate is also welcomed
  • HKID holder/valid visa
  • Speak fluent English and Korean
  • Customer-oriented, strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Out-standing interpersonal , easy going and attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS office application
