Responsibilities

  • Answer customers’ enquiries at Call Centre for all bank & credit card products accurately, promptly and professionally
  • Handle and resolve customers’ complaints
  • Take a pro-active role in informing customer of existing business programs designed to increase customer profitability and retention
  • Follow up on customers’ requests according to the internal standard procedure and guideline to ensure accurate information and quality service have been delivered
  • Consistently provide feedback to Supervisor on customers’ opinions and suggest operation improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics with at least 1 year Call Centre experience preferred. Candidate with higher qualification, experience will be considered as a Senior Customer Service Officer
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure in a client-focused environment
  • Self-motivated and flexible to meet changing work situations
  • Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic PC Skills
