Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and liaise with developers, channel managers and solicitors to process after-sales related documentation
  • Assist on the handover process of the company assets
  • Responsible for managing upkeep and accuracy of landlord’s account
  • Prepare contracts and related documents
  • Compile reports on sales performance, Return on Investment, etc.
  • Liaise with landlords/clients on matters related to lettings and management
  • Work closely with overseas management team and develop strategies to improve lettings performance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or Degree holder in real estate, property management, business administration or related disciplines
  • 3 years’ relevant experience or above, real estate experience is preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Responsible, attention to detail, team player
