Salary (HKD) $13,000 - $16,000 / month 13000 16000

Our clients are looking for potential candidates who have CAll Centre - Customer Service experience to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming hotline enquires and complaints
  • Solve customer's problem and provide advices to them
  • Collect customer feedback to management to improve the company image and service
  • Achieved service standard
  • Orders follow up

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
  • At least 1 years’ experience in customer service
  • Good telephone manner and solving problem skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to speak Japanese or Korean is highly preferred (With Extra Allowance)
  • Candidate who have leadership experience can apply for Supervisor position.
