Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily local and new customer enquiry.
  • Coordinate with client and facilitate the progress of order submission.
  • Coordinate with internal services for job status monitoring.
  • Report to supervisors in case the orders cannot be completed as expected.
  • Support sales team for product testing, administrative and promotional issues.

Requirements: 

  • Higher diploma or above in any subjects.
  • Good command of written Chinese and English.
  • Good communication skill, outgoing and initiative.
  • 1-2 years experience in customer services field preferred.
  • Willing to learn and can work under pressure.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
