Our client is an international financial services provider. They are currently looking for a professional customer service officer to join their organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer services to clients
  • Feedback customers' comments to superior for service improvement
  • Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
  • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years relevant experience in Customer Service, preferably in insurance industry
  • Familiar with call centre operation workflow and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
