Job Responsibilities

  • Handle general phone calls and email inquiries timely and tactfully
  • Provide professional and excellent customer services to the VIP clients
  • Identify clients' needs and provide the information or solution as required

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant working experience in Customer Service/Hospitality
  • Speak Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer-oriented, strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS office
