Job responsibilites :

  • Arrange customers' appointment bookings
  • Answer customers' enquiries with good customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Register customers and handover to staff for smooth body check up process
  • Deliver a pleasant and positive healthcheck experience for customers
  • Provide customers with health service knowledge which enhance customer engagement
  • Liaise with the marketing and sales team on customer's bodycheck up process
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Independent and discipline

Job requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma holder with healthcare related experience is preferred
  • Good sense of lifestyle and healthcare knowledge to serve customers
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and good command of Mandarin
  • Experience in call centre is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Pleasant cheerful personality, proactive, responsible, independent
  • Immediate available is preferred
