Responsibilities:

·         Handle inbound calls and solve customers’ enquires

·         Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

·         Build relationships and trust with customer by open and interactive communication

·         Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

·         Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

 

Requirements:

·         HKCEE / DSE or above

·         Fresh graduates are also welcome

·         1 - 2 year’s relevant customer services experience is a plus

·         Prior call centre experience is an advantage

·         Fluency in Cantonese, and good English/Putonghua
