Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive customers’ phone calls, faxes, e-mails and handle accordingly
  • Liaise directly with customers on service requests & general inquiries for collection, delivery, provision of material, etc., and ensure customers are provided with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
  • Handle order processing
  • Support Sales Team & ensure proper communication with Operations and notify Management of any difficulties
  • Handle correspondence & documentation, department filing and record storage administration management
  • Prepare, check, issue, and mail invoices to customers

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably 1-year working experience in the service industry or customer service field
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant and cheerful
  • Good sense of time management
  • Candidate with less experience will also considerate
