Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain ideal customer account relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide support to customers
  • Administration support on all sales transactions and ownership of customer service
  • Complete daily call reports

 

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • Application in MS office & Excel
  • Good communication in Cantonese & English
  • Working experience in customer service field or sales administrative preferred
