Responsibilities

  • Provide professional services to existing customers
  • Provide general administrative support to CSR team
  • Handle Import / Export documentations
  • Co-ordinate with Operations Team
  • Opportunities for overseas business trips

 

Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE educational level or above (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
  • With working experiences in customer services or logistic field would be advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
  • Well-organized, presentable
  • Hard worker, quick learner and detail-minded
  • Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Exposure to working with multiple cultures and colleagues from our overseas offices
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Representative
  • Immediate available is preferred
