Working time: Mon to Sat 10:00am-07:00pm (6 days off per month)

Job Responsibilities:
• Report to Customer Service Supervisor in CS Centre
• Process and follow-up service orders, documents and general clerical duties
• Handling call or enquiries when necessary
• Data entry & filling


Job Requirements:
• WELCOME FRESH GRADUATE
• Form 5 or DSE above, with 1 year working experience in customer service will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good telephone manners with fluent in Cantonese & Basiclly in English/Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure & proficiency in MS Office applications
