Description

  • Provide the highest standard of customer service through phone calls
  • Ensure timely and effective management of various client workflows and hardware/software issues
  • Responsible for the installation, connection, hardware management, and workflow support of terminal clients over the phone and Instant Messaging app
  • Assist clients from clients operating in Capital Markets, Asset Management and Financial Services
  • Connect with clients from all levels to help setup, train, and connect clients to the company's platform and the products that they subscribe to
  • Ensure the security of clients' accounts and data.
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints from clients

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related disciplines is preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Previous experience in customer service within banking or financial institutions is preferred
  • A demonstrated interest in Finance and/or Technology
  • Desire to develop skills and experience within client servicing in a fast-paced fintech environment
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
