Switzerland company – manufacturing and international trading of transformer boards, insulating paper and components for Asia Pacific market with over 30 production sites located globally – Hong Kong is a small sales office taking care of customers in Asia Pacific region – we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE – with details as follows :
  • DSE or above
  • 2-3 years experience in order management/customer service/sales support or equivalent
  • Some experience or knowledge in I/E shipping document is a plus
  • PC proficient in Word and Excel
  • Business level in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Experience in European/US/MNC companies is a plus
  • Stable working history is a plus
  • Responsible for assisting in order management for customers located in Asia Pacific region
  • Assist in coordinating I/E shipping documents
  • Coordinate with customers for order processing
  • Monitor order status to meet shipment deadline
  • No trips needed
  • 5 days work
